How Do I Request a Copy of My Background Report?

You may request a copy of your report that was prepared by Aurico at any time by one of the following option:   

  1. Telephone:  (844) 220-6741 for identification purposes, you will be asked a few security questions
  2. In Writing, please include the following information:

First name, Middle Name(if applicable), Last Name, Suffix(if applicable), DOB,  last 4 digits of your social security number, mailing address, city, state, zip, email address, phone number to reach you, employer you applied to work.
