Aurico^SM provides psychological and management consultation, psychological assessment, management development, succession planning expertise, face-to-face psychological interviews and other services to CEOs and their senior management teams. Each of our consultants has graduated from a doctoral level program in psychology. A Ph.D. in Psychology is the minimal criteria for entry to our consulting business. Our lead advisor is Stuart Ralsky, Ph.D. Dr. Stuart Ralsky earned his B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. His Doctoral degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology was awarded from Michigan State University. Upon completion of his Ph.D. Stuart worked as Chairman of Management Sciences for the Graduate School of Business at St. Bonaventure University. He spent time at PPG Industries as Corporate Manager for Management Planning and Development and with the Chemicals Division with concentration in Training and Organizational Development. Stuart has been the Principal in SLR Consulting for the past 19 years. Over that time, he has completed a number of engagements for clients with a primary focus on leadership and executive assessment and development. He has served as an executive coach for many individuals ranging from mid-level managers to senior executives. In addition, he has designed and implemented leadership development and behaviorally based interview training programs for a range of clients. Stuart is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
