POSITION: Researcher
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Create a comprehensive report detailing an applicant’s former and current employment history in our outbound contact center. Research and locate employer contact information in order to verify employment data and conduct performance interviews. Construct reports in the company’s proprietary data base to create quality reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review job applications and research assigned employers to locate and contact appropriate sources to gather the required information
- Contact the proper sources to verify documented employment data and conduct interviews pertaining to job performance
- Create a comprehensive employment report in the proprietary database, paying close attention to detail and content
- Responsible for regularly completing a designated quota of assignments
- Regular interaction with the department team on status of reports and issues
- Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and legal compliance regulations as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma – Call center experience a plus but not required
- This position requires the ability to use logic and reasoning and make sound judgment decisions
- Strong written (spelling and language) and verbal communication skills and attention to detail required
- Must be coachable and have good organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Must possess minimum 40 wpm typing with good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and extensive knowledge of the Internet and searching on-line databases
