POSITION: Order Processor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle heavy volumes of data entry requests, evaluate and audit documentation, and accurately input information to generate orders according to client specifications. Provide high level of client service by handling incoming phone calls, answering questions, or directing them to the appropriate party.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive all incoming orders, analyze the paperwork received, verify that all the required information and documentation is clear and complete.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional manner about missing information or paperwork, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Obtain additional information and documentation from clients and/or job applicants if any searches outside of the US are requested.
  • Input orders in our system ensuring the accuracy of all the data entered, while keeping up with the heavy volume of requests in the fast-paced work environment.
  • Consult with other team members and escalate matters as needed.
  • Provide high quality client service by answering incoming phone calls and answering any questions, or making sure the call is thoroughly handled by a qualified party.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service sense
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work well independently and with other team members
  • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Internet browsers
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm with minimum errors
