Job Description: Handle heavy volumes of data entry requests, evaluate and audit documentation, and accurately input information to generate orders according to client specifications. Provide high level of client service by handling incoming phone calls, answering questions, or directing them to the appropriate party. Learn more

Job Description: Create a comprehensive report detailing an applicant’s former and current employment history in our outbound contact center. Research and locate employer contact information in order to verify employment data and conduct performance interviews.
