If Aurico Reports Inc. has run a background check with you as the subject of the report, you, as the consumer that was the subject of the report, have certain rights to receive a copy of the report as detailed below.
Consumers may request a free annual file disclosure pursuant to the Free Annual File Disclosure Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 610, by calling 1-866-255-1852 and requesting it, or by sending a written request to Aurico Reports Inc., 116 W. Eastman St., Suite 101, Arlington Heights, Illinois, 60004. Consumers may check the status of their request by dialing 866-255-1852 and requesting this information.
Requests must include your name, your social security number OR the name of the company at which you applied for a job and the address to which you want the report sent. Written requests must be signed.
